DELIVERY OF PRODUCT We will endeavour to deliver your order within the delivery times quoted on the site. You should note restrictions described on the site with regard to last delivery dates before holiday periods.
All deliveries will require a signature.
Our current delivery time is currently 2 weeks. You will receive your order sooner if it is a stock item
You will be advised by e-mail when your item has been despatched.
DELIVERY COST: Uk Mainland
For a limited period we are offering FREE DELIVERY on all products delivered within the UK Mainland. This offer ends 30th September 2006.
After 30th September 2006 a delivery charge may be made for all orders. The charge will be quoted to you at the time you place an order. Occasionally, if an item is temporarily out of stock, we will despatch part of your order to you - with the remainder following later. The delivery charge will be levied when the first part of the order is sent to you.
DELIVERY COST: Non-Uk Mainland
Overseas and non-UK mainland postage will all be charged at cost.
The cost per item of non-UK mainland delivery is £9.99.
Where more than one item is ordered and the postage is less a refund will be issued.
We also reserve the right if the postage is higher to charge that cost to you, and will notify you via e-mail if this is the case.
DELIVERY COST: Furniture
Furniture can only be delivered to UK Mainland only, a guide to cost of delivery is given on each item, the exact price of delivery will be given on ordering, if you have a query regarding the cost before you order then please contact us.
Delivery times for furniture vary and an estimated delivery time will be given to you in the days following your order.
You will then be contacted when your furniture is ready to arrange delivery.
RETURNS POLICY
If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 1 months of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at our option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.
MAKING RETURNS
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. To return any products to us, please:
Complete the reverse side of the invoice (which comes with your order with your Name/Address and Reason for return) and clearly mark whether you would like a refund or exchange. Pack the items back in the parcel; attach the invoice and send it back to:

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty. |
